UK HORSEWATCH

www.ukhorsewatch.org.uk

  • Keep updated photographs of your horse to take account of newly acquired scars, significant weight changes, muscular development, etc.
(Bear in mind that some horses also look completely different when clipped).

  • If possible, try not to turn your horse out with a heacollar on

  • Take the time to make a list of as many telephone numbers are possible and keep it somewhere save; it will save considerable time should the unthinkable arise.

E.M.T. recommends that horses are microchipped and a notice to that effect displayed
in stable yards, on field gates, etc
